Orders paid by PayPal are confirmed by the system automatically and you will receive confirmation and voucher automatically.

Orders paid by money transfer are confirmed within 5-7 business days, after receiving your payment yet… note that the voucher is sent to the recipient right away after you click the “pay” button.

Do not make him or her disappointed! Make up your mind before you place the booking!

When you are ready to confirm your reservation, send us your voucher to email voucher@fivestardestination.com before processing any payment (including deposit).

We will redeem your voucher in the system and the value shown on the voucher will be deducted from your payment due.

Gift Cards (vouchers) may be returned within 14 days from the purchase date. In the case of a return, the cost of the refund, if any applies, is on the buyer/payer. The refund policy does not apply to vouchers offered to charity.

The Gift Card (voucher) is valid only with an upcoming & valid reservation & cannot be redeemed at the hotel directly.

The Gift Card (voucher) is valid 365 days from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the voucher and this date cannot be extended.

Gift Cards (vouchers) are not convertible to cash or any other money equivalent.

It is strictly forbidden to use a voucher code or a Gift Card to pay for another voucher or Gift Card.

Gift Cards may be redeemed on the basic room rate (accommodation rate) or services offered by the hotel directly and booked via Five Star Travels. 3rd parties services cannot be paid with a Gift Card (voucher).

The Gift Card (voucher) may be used only by the person mentioned on the voucher & cannot be transferred to any 3rd party, except vouchers offered to charity.

In case you use the voucher offered to charity, the buyer of the voucher is obliged to send us an email with a disposition of changing the name of the user.

It is strictly forbidden to use a voucher code or Gift Card to pay for another voucher or gift card.

A person willing to redeem the voucher is obliged to send the Gift Card (voucher) to Five Star Travels before proceeding with the payment for the reservation.

You will receive an invoice for the total cost of your stay as soon as we confirm your payment on our side. The voucher will be mentioned as one of the payment methods.

An invoice for the voucher is issued to the name of the person who redeems the voucher, on the day of payment for a reservation with the voucher. As the voucher, itself is not a product but the money equivalent, the payer, on the day of buying the voucher, receives confirmation of the payment (not for tax purposes).

In case of cancellation of your booking, standard cancellation policies apply. In case the hotel agrees on special conditions of your cancellation (full or partial refund/voucher for future use/rebooking etc.), payment by our gift card/voucher is not included in any kind of your private settlements with the hotel.
