Gold Membership gives you:

• - standard complimentary welcome amenities***
• - access to hotel public facilities as per the hotel's policy
• - a bottle of wine in the room or the equivalent if the property is alcohol-free
• - welcome basket in the room, fruits or local sweets
• - water in the room
• - complimentary room upgrade upon availability (at check-in)
• - access to the VIP lounge (if available at the property)
• - 1 yoga session per 2 guests per stay (min. 3 nights stay)****
• - 30-min SPA treatment for a maximum of 2 guests, per stay (min. 3 nights stay)*****
• - early check-in or late check-out (as per the availability at check-in or before departure)

* Member-only properties & offers are sent in the newsletter. Do not forget to stay on our mailing list as long as your Membership is valid.

** By "quotation" we understand the process of preparing your offer. Services such as accommodation, transfers, flights and other elements of the trip, are not included and are quoted according to the price lists.

*** Welcome in-room amenities may differ depending on the property and length of the stay.

Which inclusions of the Membership are available for you once a year (within a single Membership) and which do not?

• - your access to Member-only properties and amenities does not expire throughout the time of your Membership's validity.
• - your 1st quotation (6 days/7 nights maximum) is complimentary and included in your Membership. The 2nd and further quotations within the validity time of your Membership, or extra days included in your 1st itinerary, will be quoted separately.

How it works:

Membership allows you to use the services included in your Membership when you book with Five Star Destination.

The Membership cannot be used if you book your stay directly or with another company.

Payment conditions & validity of your Membership:

By choosing Gold Membership, you choose a Membership that is valid for 365 days.

The invoice for your order is created automatically by the system after your payment is credited and visible in our bank account. Your Membership is valid from that day.

The Membership is recurring. Once ordered, it will be renewed automatically after 365 days. You will be reminded about the upcoming payment and the reminder will be sent to the email provided in your original order. Please make sure your details are always valid.

Return & Refund:

You may resign from the Membership within 14 days from the purchase date (payment) without providing a reason. Money will be given back to the bank account or credit card provided on your purchase.

Refund costs (bank fees, commission deducted by the payment provider etc.) will be deducted from the value paid. A corrected invoice will be sent to you.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your Membership anytime by clicking the "cancellation" button in the system. Your Membership will then expire before the next payment date and the next payment will not proceed. Within this time you may use all the inclusions of your Membership.

No refund will be given for the unused time of your Membership.

By proceeding to the check-out & payment you confirm that you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed above and you know and understand your rights.

Inclusions of the Membership are valid from 14.06.2023 until further change which will be reflected in these Terms & Conditions. In such a case, the date mentioned in the previous sentence will change.
